In this magnificent, exclusive, isolated environment, we have created a practice for personal and spiritual development. In this pristine atmosphere an individual is inspired to evolve through the structured and guided intensive practice of Yoga practice.

The residential programme welcomes yoga practitioners who wish to reside with us taking part in the daily practices and activities. We recommend a minimum stay of one month to derive benefit from the yoga lifestyle on the property. There are two yoga classes daily, three meals and time for journaling, contemplation and walks.

Who Should Apply?
- Healthy individuals (physically and mentally) who have practice experience in yoga and also for those with no experience of yoga. Minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 50 years.
- Yoga aspirants who want to learn the INDIAN TRADITIONAL YOGA.
Who Should NOT Apply?
- If you are expecting modified versions of physical exercises in the name of Yoga then this is not the school for you!
- You should not apply, if you are not willing to follow the rules of the residential course in practice at our designated residential centre.
- PLEASE NOTE: The culture in the residential course is different from a holiday resort or summer camp. This is for serious yoga practitioners who want to take their practice to the next levels.
Rules for Participants
Please note that you are entering a Yoga Practice environment. The rules should be followed so as to get the maximum benefit of this environment and make your experience more enjoyable.
Yoga is a discipline of body, mind and soul. Keeping in view, the rules and regulations are made to enhance the quality of the mind. They are a part of the Yogic lifestyle.
- On admission, participants cannot leave the campus. In case of emergency, written permission from the Course Coordinator is required.
- No friends or relatives are allowed to stay with the participants without any prior permission.
- Alcohol, tobacco or other drugs are strictly prohibited in the Premises during the stay. (This behavior will invite strict action against the persons violating this rule.)
- For getting the best results from the practice of yoga, the course schedule and diet is specifically organised; the participants are requested to adjust to this environment as quickly as possible.
- Participants must follow the timetable and attend all sessions, lectures and other activities.
- Please don't bring valuables, if necessary mylifeYoga can keep them safely for you during the course.
- If you are physically unwell, you are requested to contact the Course Director or your teacher immediately.
- You can bring your medicines and continue personal treatment but it is advisable to inform the course officer or your class teacher about your ailment & treatment.
- In the case of major health problems initial treatment will be provided by the a local available doctor. Any further treatment required during the course will have to be managed from external medical experts on your own.
- Necessary food arrangements are made in the premises of practice and no external food is allowed. The food on the premises is vegetarian. To experience the good effects of the Yogic lifestyle please do not have anything from outside to eat.
- Karma Yoga is practiced every day.

There will be organized Karma Yoga activities that the student must participate and complete. Your Course Director will inform you accordingly.
Sunday is rest day. All full moon and new moon days will also be rest days.

Procedure
Please fill out our application and submit it by postal mail or courier if you are not in Mysore. In Mysore your physical presence and application needs to be made by meeting the Course Director or his representative.
- Application Forms MUST be received in Mysore two months (60 days) before the commencement of your practice with us in India It will be your responsibility to ensure that we have received your application form by postal mail or courier. It is imperative that the form be received on time so as to avoid any disappointment. Please note that it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that his or her form is received by us. We take no responsibility when application forms are not received.
- Please attach a recent passport size photo with the application form
- ALL students (old and new) are to fill out the application form before coming to mylifeYoga. Students who have not sent their application form will not be able to register at mylifeYoga once in Mysore unless for a special reason that will be decided by the Course Director.
Registration
- Once in Mysore please register in person at the YADAVA GIRI Center from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday ONLY to begin your practice with us.
- On registering at the practice for the formal joining into the class, the student must state if there is any medical condition that need to be addressed and must do so with their teacher or course Director by way of a letter. Please describe on your level of physical fitness and clearly inform the Academy of any physical or mental conditions, disabilities or injuries you have or may have. Please inform also if you are under any medication.
- Please also inform us if you are currently taking any medication for physical, or psychiatric conditions of any nature, and if you are under care or observation for any such conditions
Students will be accepted for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months continuously only after which they need to take a break. They can once again join in after a minimum break.
Payment
- Your dakshina has to be given once your place in the class is confirmed. Dakshinas are in advance.
- Dakshina has to be cash if you are paying locally or Western Union Transfer if remitted from abroad (please confirm about details of the beneficiary before transfer and get our confirmation by e-mail).
- Dakshinas given are only for the class registered for. If a class is missed you can not make it up by attending another class.
- For cancellations and refunds there will not be any. No refunds under any circumstances.
- Dakshina rates are for all classes. Dates and dakshinas are subject to change without notice. For all programmes students are subject to the suggested dakshina in effect at the time of final payment.
- Personal cheques and bank transfers are not accepted as dakshina. Check individual centers for methods of dakshina.

Dakshina is an offering given with love and devotion.
- There is a registration fee.
- The centre has the right to cancel classes/courses due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. Cancellation of a course by the centre will result in a full refund of any monies paid.
- All practices are designed with a weekly schedule in mind subject to the student’s progress. It will be advisable to join the class on the 1st of every month. Nevertheless subject to availability you can join anytime. A basic one month practice is essential to begin with. Three months will be ideal to get to level 1.
DAKSHINA IS FOR:
- Tuition & mentoring fees for all scheduled practice and training.
- Residential accommodation & catering (vegetarian for 30 days and nights)
- Accommodation will be 4 in a cottage. There will be a women section and a men section.
- Transportation to and from Muttil town to the property when checking in and when checking out only.
We DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Essential pre-course reading list and essential course reference books
- Essential yoga props
- Travel expenses
- Writing materials
- Personal articles of use
NOTE: Our course dakshina is as competitive as possible and is all-inclusive (no additional costs, other than those listed above and any books you choose to purchase for your personal library) allowing you to have the best possibility to learn and practice Yoga in a natural environment that reflects peace and tranquility. We are away from any city or town on this practice so that it gives the student to have more time for themselves and their practice.
f you are offered a place on this practice we will ask you to donate for the practice. On receipt of your dakshina we will confirm your practice with us.
- All practices are designed with a weekly schedule in mind subject to the students progress. All practices begin on the 1st of every month. Nevertheless subject to availability you can join anytime. A basic one month practice is essential.
